У меня такое состояние было постоянно после зимы в течение последних нескольких лет, что причиняло массу неудобств как дома, так и на работе. В интернете узнала о семенах чиа и их полезных свойствах для организма и решила попробовать, тем более это не химия какая-то, а натуральный продукт. Начала их только употреблять, немного улучшилась работоспособность и появился прилив сил. Планирую заниматься фитнесом, чтобы сбросить вес, надеюсь, семена чиа мне в этом тоже помогут.
